Zune and iPod: Most men and women examine the Zune to your Feel, but following seeing how slim and surprisingly modest and lgt it's, I consider it being a rather special hybrid that combines attributes of both the Feel and also the Nano. It's very colorful and pretty OLED display is slightly scaled-down than the reach for display, however the participant itself feels rather a bit more compact and lighter. It weighs about a couple of/three or more as considerably, and is noticeably scaled-down in width and height, whilst currently being just a hair thicker.

I do enjoy the manner in which you have framed this particular challenge and it does indeed give us some fodder for thought. On the other hand, coming from just what I have experienced, I just trust as the feed-back pile on that people today stay on issue and not embark on a tirade involving the news du jour. Anyway, thank you for this superb point and while I do not necessarily agree with it in totality, I value the standpoint.

Trooper,

Thanks, Ken. I'm just trying to paying back for all the fun I've had bowhunting for the last 40+ years. Marcia and I are still out there having fun.

Yesterday, January 1, 2011, Marcia and I were sitting in a blind enjoying another afternoon hunt. Marcia had her muzzle loader since we are still looking for a buck she wants to shoot. I had my bow along to harvest a doe since we've eaten most of the buck I got.

After thinking about it for awhile, I realized I haven't shot an arrow at a deer since October 2, 2010, so I was really looking forward to shooting my first doe and second deer of the season.

Finally I had a doe at 19 yards, standing still and totally unaware of the 'deadly bowhunter' concealed nearby. A real 'chip shot'. I got a good sight picture, released a wonderful arrow, and shot right over her back never cutting a hair! Talk about humble pie. Such is bowhunting.

I hope you and your family had a great holiday season.

Ritch,

Thanks. I agree that Chris did a great job on this site. He has a lot of other great things he wants to incorporate into the sight that will keep it fun so keep checking back.

Watch for more information on my Montana painting/reference trip earlier this month. Hopefully we'll get it on in a few days. I shot some incredible HD video reference and am very anxious to do some new paintings.

Marcia has been out with a bow and is also finding out how addictive watching/filming/bowhunting deer can be.

Keep having fun out there!

Doug and Rick,

Thanks guys. I appreciate the comments, compliments and congratulations on the "Birthday Buck."

Part of what makes the buck so special to my wife Marcia and myself is that we have so much history with him. We have lots of summer and early fall video, many trail camera shots and lots of stories.

Since there was no way of getting most of this material into the semi-live Midwest Whitetail episode, we are planning on creating a series of mini-episodes which will be posted on this website telling "the rest of the story."

Current plans are to start posting these "Birthday Buck mini-series" episodes this winter. We will be happy to notify you when the series starts if you simply complete the Contact Us section of this website. We will also notify you about any art involving the buck.

Doug, I agree the website looks great and must say that much of the credit for this site goes to my son, Chris, who along with my wife, Marcia, has worked countless hours on its design and construction. Our daughter, April, who just received her degree in advertising design, is also involved, so Zach Wildlife Art is truly a family business and that makes it just that much more fun and rewarding.

Thanks again,
Larry

Dear Larry and Marcia,

Your work is absolutely beautiful. The painting "Winter Sunrise" received numberous compliments everything from the artwork itself to the details on the buck before the fire. I am sure that the new one will continue to receive just as many, if not more. Having this painting on the wall again will help make our new place feel a little bit more like home.

I am looking forward to seeing you paint at a later date yet to be determined. Please keep up the awesome work Larry. Hats off to you Marcia, making sure things go smoothly around there I am sure. Thanks again for the artwork.

Sincerly,
Tim Sorensen & Amy Lesline

Larry and Marsha

Hope you are enjoying the break from the store. Just curious when you thought you'd have your online system up. Our Boone PF banquet is coming up at the end of Feb and I'd like to get a Dream Bucks 2 and 3 for the banquet.

Happy Holidays
Todd and Kim

tuner38,

I like your idea. Iowa is about as good as it gets for big whitetail bucks. I'll keep it in mind for an upcoming series.

Thanks!

There are many "legendary " bucks talked about at coffee shops and taverns all over Iowa. I think a series of these "legends" most of which are mostly imaginary would be of great interest to many lovers of wildlife art.
